We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Cumbus Farm. From the moment we arrived, we received such a warm and friendly welcome, which immediately made us feel at home.

The pitch and surrounding grounds were absolutely immaculate, and the facilities were second to none. The toilets and showers were genuinely the cleanest we’ve ever experienced at a campsite — everything was spotless and clearly very well cared for.

The location is fantastic too, with a short walk to Croyde and easy access to Putsborough, making it a perfect base for exploring the area.

Cumbus Farm is without a doubt one of the best campsites we’ve ever stayed at. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was our second stay at Combas Farm for a long weekend and had a great time. The toilets/ showers are clean and plentiful and some of the best we have used on a campsite, there is also composting toilets in the camping fields. There are plenty of facilities for charging, using fridge/ freezers and washing/ drying wetsuits. One of the few campsites that allow fire pits and sell firewood as well if needed. The local fresh milkshakes taste amazing and are only £2. Only 15 min walk to putsborough beach and 25 mins to Croyde beach. The owners are friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

We went in the top field overlooking croyde bay. Absolutely the best view and most chilled campsite. We will be going back next year in a heartbeat.

Loved this campsite. We were in a small field and close to the amenities and we really like that we could walk to Croyde and Puttsborough. The campsite had a great feel and all staff were really friendly. A lovely campsite for our annual family trip and we would all recommend it.

We absolutely love this place. This was our second visit, and somehow it was even better. The vibe is wonderfully relaxed, which is a credit to the amazing owners and management team. It’s nicely tucked away from the hustle and bustle; you do need a vehicle, but lovely beaches are just five minutes away in either direction.

This was our first time staying at the farm and would definitely like to stay again.
The place is very relaxed and friendly and the facilities are excellent and well maintained.
We enjoyed the fact that there were fridges we could use and felt comfortable leaving our items in (wine, beer, food etc)
Great short walk down a pathway into Croyde too.

We have just returned from a fantastic three days camping at Combas Farm. As I said to Sally when leaving, this is the best campsite we have stayed at, and we've been to a few.

The facilities are spotless and very well arranged. The pitches are not crowded together so there is plenty of space and all the staff were friendly and efficient, without being officious.

Cannot recommend it more highly and we will be back next year!

This was our second visit this summer and if we had the time we would be back a third, fourth and fifth. Sally and the team are wonderful hosts and everything is as you would expect. Lovely spacious camping fields with super facilities which are kept cleaned and maintained really well. Location is perfect as so close to the coastal path, Putsborough and Croyde. Thanks Sally, we hope to back again next year ;-)

We were feeling very welcomed, when we arrived to their beautiful farm, even we spent there only one night and came quite late. We were impressed by their friendlyness and generosity. It was kind of a luxury camping experience. I can honestly recommend to anyone searching for friendly and beautiful experience in nature environment for their holidays!

We had an amazing weekend, the site is quiet, sheltered, the pitches have been levelled to great flat areas to pitch, the facilities are better than most hotels, clean and high spec toilets and showers, fridges and freezers, kettles and microwave. Places to wash and dry wet suits. The washing area is better is lovely. The whole site is beautiful with plants, birds and wildlife. And amazingly it’s only 5 minutes from Croyde and and close to putsborough and Woolacombe. Thank you Sally and team, we will definitely be back!

Will definitely stay again, this was the best Croyde campsite we’ve found. Beautiful surroundings, very friendly accommodating owner. The facilities were very modern and very clean. Close to town and beaches too.

We visited Combas Farm with our children and stayed in the first field. We loved every second and will definitely return in the future. Our pitch was perfect, the showers were hot and very clean and the fridges came in very handy. Sally and her team were so friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble.Thank you for a wonderful stay!

An extremely well run campsite with beautiful views over Croyde bay, set up in the hills a 10 minute walk to Putsborough beach. You can chose a pitch up on the hills or lower in the fields. This campsite is impeccably clean and well organised, the owner Sally goes to every length to ensure people are looked after. We've been three times and keep going back for more,

I have been coming back to Combas farm for years with my family and went with my friends this year. They are always friendly and welcoming, check in was very easy and we even had a choice of pitch. The bathrooms are excellent, they have fridges and freezers and are now selling milkshakes from local cows which were delicious and well priced. The pitches themselves are well kept and in a great location. You can easily walk to Putsborough beach and Croyde town. I never want to camp anywhere else and will be coming back for years.

The weather was perfect, which helps, and only a short walk to Puttsborough beach, so we saved a fortune on parking.

Combas Farm was a fantastic week and Sally and her team were outstanding. We even walked to the pub and back in Georgeham one evening. Spent a thoroughly enjoyable week at Combas Farm, despite the weather not being brilliant. The views are stunning, surrounded by beautiful rolling hills with sheep and cattle grazing and from the top of the site you can look down on two of the best sandy beaches in Britain. All in all a highly recommended site for campers who don't worry about electrics and who like to entertain the kids without sitting in front of a screen.

We drove our campervan up here for a wonderful night. The pitches were well maintained and spacious, giving a sense of privacy. The toilet and showering facilities were ample and well maintained - the pebble system to allow social distancing was very clever and worked well! We particularly appreciated the fridges and wetsuit drying area. The campsite is just a 10 minute walk from Croyde so we were able to walk in to town for a nice meal in the evening - would definitely return here next time!
